Feeling some walls coming up
Is it just me or since test scores have become a big part of teacher evaluations, do people at the top seem more distant than before? I don't know. As the focus on data can make some teachers stop seeing their students as people (see this post), our "leaders" may have lost sight that teachers are people, too, and need support, not finger-pointing and unrealistic demands. Remember, when we point toward someone, more of our fingers are pointing back at us.
